Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply choose the item and options, enter a quantity and click on the Add button. When you have completed your shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information, then submit your form! Its, that easy.

To place your order by mail, include your completed order form with product numbers, styles and quantities. Also include credit card number, expiration date and CCV code, personal check or money order payable to: Good Night Naturals. Total charges include shipping and handling, gift wrapping fees, oversize charges and California sales tax if applicable.
Orders placed online that ship within California are charged 9% sales tax. Phone, fax and mail orders shipped within California must also apply appropriate state sales tax.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is calculated online. Our preferred services are FedEx, UPS and USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. Allow 4-8 weeks for special orders. Large and oversize items such as mattresses, box springs and bedroom furniture require special shipping rates. Please email or call the Good Night Naturals customer service department for rate quote. If you place an order for large and oversized items, you will be contacted with a special rate quote within 12 - 48 hours. Orders will not be processed without customer approval of special shipping costs.
Periodically free shipping is offered. When free shipping is offered it applies to items other than furniture, mattresses or items otherwise noted as having additional shipping/delivery charges. Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within the continental United States. Please note: When items shipped for free are returned, you will be credited for the item(s) purchase price less shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated when placed in the shopping cart.
FedEx and UPS Service
FedEx Home ground service is our primary service. 2nd day and Overnight service is available at additional cost within the US. (large, oversize and special order items are excluded). Cost for rush shipments will vary based on dimensional weight and type of service. Shipping charges can be accessed on the Good Night Naturals "your shopping cart" page. For accurate shipping rates, Zip codes must be entered. If no charges appear, please email or call for special rate.
International Shipments USPS Priority and Express are the our primary services. 2nd day or overnight service is not available at this time. Shipping charges can be accessed on the Good Night Naturals "your shopping cart". For accurate shipping rates, postal codes are required. Additional shipping and insurance charges apply. Methods of Payment
Good Night Naturals accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal checks and money orders. Orders ship pending payment bank clearance.
Gift certificates are not currently available for purchase online. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the invoice date (items are invoiced as of the shipping date) and must be returned in new, unused and re-salable condition. Include the original packaging. Refunds are issued less original shipping charges. Prior to returning any item, contact customer service for instructions and a return authorization number (RMA #). Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Mattresses and box springs are non-returnable, and made to order, and cannot be returned. Items that have been used are not returnable. Good Night Naturals does not supply return postage.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors, closeouts, specials and other extenuating circumstances.
