Online: (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply choose the item and options, enter a quantity and click on the Add button. When you have completed your shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information, then submit your form! Its, that easy.

Sales Tax
Orders placed online that ship within Massachusetts are charged 5% sales tax. Phone, fax and mail orders shipped within Massachusetts must also apply appropriate state sales tax.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping is calculated online. Our preferred services are UPS and USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. Allow 4-8 weeks for special orders. Large and oversize items such as mattresses, boxsprings and bedroom furniture require special shipping rates. Please email or call the Good Night Naturals customer service department for rate quote. If you place an order for large and oversized items, you will be contacted with a special rate quote within 12 - 48 hours. Orders will not be processed without customer approval of special shipping costs.

Free Shipping
Periodically free shipping is offered. When free shipping is offered it applies to items other than furniture, mattresses or items otherwise noted as having additional shipping/delivery charges. Free shipping applies only to orders sent within the continental United States. Choose "Free Shipping" from the Shipping Pull-Down menu on the shopping cart page to apply.

UPS Service
UPS ground service is our primary service. 2nd day and Overnight service is available at additional cost within the US. (large, oversize and special order items are excluded). Cost for rush shipments will vary based on dimensional weight and type of service. Shipping charges can be accessed on the Good Night Naturals "your shopping cart". For accurate shipping rates, Zip codes must be entered. If no charges appear, please email or call for special rate.

International Shipments USPS Priority and Express are the our primary services. 2nd day or overnight service is not available at this time. Shipping charges can be accessed on the Good Night Naturals "your shopping cart". For accurate shipping rates, postal codes are required. Additional shipping and insurance charges apply. Call for rates.

Methods of Payment
Good Night Naturals accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and personal checks. Orders ship pending payment bank clearance.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not currently available for purchase online. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online.

Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. Everything in our website is unconditionally guaranteed. To return an item, ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS*. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns.

*Please note, some items incur re-stocking charges of 15-25%. Custom merchandise orders are non-returnable. Inquire into our one-time mattress comfort exchange program.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date (items are invoiced as of the shipping date) and must be in new, saleable condition and include the original packaging. Prior to returning any item, contact Good Night Naturals customer service for instructions and a return authorization number (RMA #). Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Mattresses and box springs are non-returnable. Return postage will be at your charge.

30-Day Manufacturer Comfort Exchange Program
Our mattress manufacturer offers a 30-Day Comfort Exchange Program for most mattresses and sets listed on the Good Night Naturals website. If you decide that you have chosen the wrong mattress firmness you can exchange it for a different firmness or a different mattress. The conditions are as follows:

  • You are responsible for the difference in cost only should the replacement mattress cost more than the original, in addition to the shipping costs for the new and the old mattress (shipping to and from your home).
  • If the cost of the new mattress is more than the original mattress you will be charged the difference plus the cost of shipping the new and old mattress.
  • If the cost of the new mattress is less than the original mattress you will only be charged shipping for the new and old mattress.
  • Used mattresses cannot be resold and are either destroyed or used for the purpose of fire-code testing.
  • Custom made mattresses are not covered by the 30-Day Comfort Exchange Policy.
  • The time limit to exercise the 30-Day Comfort Exchange Program begins the day your mattress is delivered and ends 30 days therafter.
