The Arts & Crafts bed is handcrafted from Western Maple with a sturdy platform of closely spaced fir slats attached with jute webbing and bolstered by a center beam (except the twin), The platform supports futon, latex or innerspring mattresses. The boxspring version supports up to a 19-inch boxspring/mattress set. The rails on box spring beds are attached at a lower position on the posts. Headboard, footboard, posts and sideboards are crafted from Western Maple. Four fir slats support the box spring and mattress. The Arts & Crafts Modified footboard option allows for sitting on the foot of the bed.
